  They wanted to charge me $2.00 to place tape on a package. This os the first time this has ever happened at a UPS store. Seems greedy to me, and a bad business practice.

  Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this store for a mailbox with street address solution. The people are very nice and helpful but there are two limitations to this service that make it unusable. When you change your address online at the post office website, it simply will not allow you to enter a box number after the street address. It insists that the address can not accept box numbers. So you can just change it without that detail and your mail will probably still make it into your box per the employees looking up your box. You can fill out the paper change-of-address form and hand it to a clerk at the post office with the box number written and that might work. When you cancel this service you will want to fill out smoother change-of-address to your new address right? Wrong. The online usps app will tell you “you can not use this form to transfer mail FROM a commercial address. Impossible. Again, you can fill out a paper form at the post office and that might work. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still not getting any mail at my new place, even junk mail- which is odd- and the UPs store told me they aren’t still getting any mail for me so I assume it worked?

  The attitude that came with asking to charge $2 to tape a box sealed… all the other ups stores I go to don’t charge just to seal a box. Needless to say with several of the same business in town I’ll be steering clear of this one.

  As soon as you walk in, not only are you greeted, but you instantly feel like everything’s gonna be OK… Big shout out to employee 166473
