I had such a wonderful experience at this UPS Store! Poonam was absolutely amazing and provided exceptional customer service. She was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy and made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond to help her customers, and I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into making my experience such a positive one. Thank you for your outstanding service! I will definitely be coming back. 🫶✨
