  Dreadful store! Boycott this UPS Store for ALL services! Employees are quick to argue, are surly and hostile. I’ve been returning unwanted, pre-approved Amazon packages in this store for 6 years. Employee told me my Amazon return had to be taken to a Whole Foods Market only, despite me specifying UPS Store on Amazon’s template! Store has a prominent sign inside the store which reads, “any complaints & concerns, call this number”—they get a lot of complaints. Ongoing changes in managers—had 3 managers in 2 years. Forget this UPS Store. Use the UPS Store at Flamingo & Decatur, or the one at Warm Springs & Eastern. Tell friends to avoid the UPS Store at 1350 E Flamingo.

  Bennett coming here for a long time and pay a lot of money for the PO box. This used to be a great place with great customer service especially when Linda used to work here. I've had a couple problems lately with missing packages and packages not sent correctly. The customer service to solve the problems was poor if any. I was given an 800 number to call UPS and complain. Good luck keeping customers this way I won't be renewing when it comes around.
