  What has happened to UPS? They used to be my preferred courier, but now they are comparable to FedEx and USPS. This specific store is my go-to location, mostly due to proximity, but recently they haven't been opening during their posted hours. Multiple times I have waited outside from 8:00-8:15am with no employee in sight. The staff are always courteous and polite. Punctuality is just as important!

  Jarrod, the notary was very helpful! Extremely nice guy and really helped us set up for our wedding just in time with sending official paperwork, definitely coming back here again!

  I used this location to rent a private mail box for years. The owner recently hired new person, named Yoselin. She’s the most horrendous, rude and primitive individual out there. Packages now regularly go missing when she’s there. She’s rude as hell to customers. Not just me, I’ve been observing her behavior while standing in the line. Cuts people off in middle of speaking, tells them to go away, eye rolling nonstop, foul language nonstop. I can’t understand how someone like her still gets to work there. My personal experience with her is beyond disgusting; I’ve had notifications about multiple packages but when I checked the mail box there was nothing. She refused to explain why the notifications were sent and why the mail is missing. She would laugh and curse me out. Called me B.tch and told me to ‘go F yourself’ right in front of the customers. When I asked for her name, she threw a business card at me. I’ll just say stay away from this place. This is the last straw And I am done investing my money in this store. Won’t be renewing my mailbox and highly recommend using all other locations above this one.

  Way overcharged for emails printed. If you email them something they will charge you a dollar and then $.50 to print. Get that print copied for $.15 a page otherwise they will charge you $.50 a copy to print from the email.
