  I went in your UPS store last week and I had some returns, there was a bit of confusion, but Maria was there, and she helped me through the whole process making it so pleasant. She is such a lovely person and a pleasure to do business with, you have a customer for life.

  Amazing place to return Amazon stuff. Fast quick and even the customer packed items that Amazon requires for some items, I just use the bubble pack from Amazon packages and they tape it up

  The man there doesn’t know how to treat a customer … Amazon said I didn’t drop off my item but the guy said there were 2 codes so I wanted to understand if I could prove this to Amazon. But the man was irrational and acting as if I was blaming him for something… all I wanted was him to show me how I can show Amazon the item was dropped off … he kept talking over me and not will to stop and hear me… if you’re doing more than just dropping off an item that needs to be scanned, he might have it problem with you. Somedays he is nice and some days he’s rude but now I’m never going back there. I kept telling him I just need to understand what happened here but I needed his help to do that and he refused to help me.

  The guy that was working behind the counter was rude. Talked nasty to the customers, slammed our documents was not professional at all. He wasn’t wearing a badge so I was unable to get his name.

  Everyone here is super nice and the best ups shipping store ever. They have everything including postage, boxes, packing and everything you need. One stop shop. My #1 shipping place over all the others.
