  Amazing place to return Amazon stuff. Fast quick and even the customer packed items that Amazon requires for some items, I just use the bubble pack from Amazon packages and they tape it up

  Horrible location. Dropped off a package yesterday @ 4:47pm and the employee was smoking inside the building. It reeked. Will never use this location again.

  I was assured by the clerk the insurance on my item would be honored if damaged during shipping. Otherwise, as I told the store, I wouldn't risk having it shipped. In the end, I paid $70 to have my item destroyed and another $300 to have it "fixed". Even better, I was told it was my fault it happened. The insurance is a total scam, you will be lied to and if anything goes wrong, you will be blamed.

  I have been using this store for over three years and have always found the staff cordial and competent. Location very convenient for me.
