  I had a truly wonderful experience at the UPS Store on January 3rd, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Matty H. From the moment I walked in, Matty stood out for being incredibly knowledgeable and diligent in handling my request. Shipping and logistics can often feel overwhelming, but Matty’s extremely helpful attitude turned a routine errand into a seamless and stress-free visit. I felt like my items were in the best possible hands, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism Matty showed throughout the process. It is rare to encounter such dedicated service, and I left the store feeling genuinely grateful for the help. I visit Las Vegas four times a year from Connecticut, and after my experience on January 3rd, I will definitely utilize this UPS Store over all others every time I’m in town.

  Said online you'd be open til 3, and on the Door you'd be open til 4:30 on Christmas Eve. Arrived at 2 and they were CLOSED. Employee said the manager told him to close early. Not only making it an inconvenience, but lying to your local customers isnt okay. Do better.
