  Got here at 6:28 when they closed at 6:30, I literally just had to do a drop off with a QR code that would take less than 2 minutes and they wouldn’t open the door.

  Arrived before 6:30, but they were locked up with the interior gates drawn as well. They definitely closed down significantly before posted hours. Which is so rude and unprofessional.

  Rude to other customers and they won’t get your package out in time. Paid $160 for guaranteed service and the package sat there for a full 24 hours before leaving the building. It’s so bad that’s UPS “corporate” is issuing me a refund. That’s how bad this place is. Don’t go to this UPS please if you care about what you’re shipping.

  I have had a mailbox at this address for well over a decade, and have experienced personalized service for that and related shipping needs that makes me want to stay. The friendly owner Eshawn goes beyond the call of duty and we look forward to seeing him and his excellent staff whenever we come in.
