  Went by at quarter til 6 to do a simple color scan. The employee had the cage half drawn and had shut off all the printers, computers. If they want to close earlier, then they should just do that.

  I needed to get pictures off my phone and the very nice woman in there helped me patiently. It was also nice and cool and clean in there.

  I am not exaggerating when I say this store has a huge attitude problem. They do not have a drop box here so I had to wait over 15 minutes until they were done taping boxes. Then she tried to school me on how I taped the label to the box and said ”the box will break” but when I asked for a clarification she still would not explain in what way it would break and what I should have done instead. I taped it in a very normal way and besides this was a mail order return so the box was professional and the label was too and the tape was all around the label. So tell me UPS what did I do wrong? This was obviously just their way of telling me they were planning to manhandle the package intentionally. I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN if I can avoid it in any way!!!
