  Margarite was awesome I showed up 5 mins before closing and she had a bunch of boxes to short through. Three people tried to come in and she was stressed however she powered through it mind you this location keeps losing air conditioning and it was very hot in there and a small air unit to cool the place. Give her a raise because I got angry and sweaty in the five mins I was there and I can’t imagine her being in that hot space for her shift and dealing with all those boxes. Ups sucks but for a billion dollar business maybe get some AC FOR YOUR WORKERS!

  The great customer service. Today Hector and Margarita went out if their way to help us out to pack and ship two boxes. Thank you

  This place does not deserve even 1 star, the clerk had a horrible attitude when I went in, she didn't allow us time to situate our boxes, then refused service because we weren't appreciative of her rushing us.
