  Just left the UPS Store and there's a young man in there that look like he just came out of the dryer pants wrinkle pocket hanging out bad customer service if I were you I wouldn't waste my time or my money going there bad all we were also standing outside waiting for them to come in young lady comes in from the Smiths with her Snack Bag didn't even acknowledge us at the door.

  Went to get some things notarized and was helped by the most amazing staff. Hector was our notary, and was very friendly and kind soon as we walked in. He was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process, and we had a lot of paperwork we needed help with. Would definitely go back for any other notary needs in the future!

  I am updating my review in response to the response from UPS: I believe you are confusing me with someone else. I was returning a top from Amazon. I didn't have a package. My experience was very brief and great! The gentleman who helped me was lovely. I am also one of your regular customers and most of my experiences are good. I am not sure if the store is confusing me with someone else, or is trying to paint a false picture because my review states that I witnessed their associate maybe being prejudice with a customer. Due to their response, I am going to take my complaint with corporate. Original Review: I visited this location today and was helped by a man with glasses and slicked back hair. He was very friendly and helpful. His coworker, a woman with dark hair, glasses, and a wrap around thin tattoo on her arm was very rude to her customers, dare I say discriminatory. They were struggling with a language barrier, and she was not very friendly in the way she spoke to them at all. The gentleman who helped me swooped in to help after we were done, and took over for her. Her behavior was really disappointing to see.
