  HORRIBLE WENT IN AND THEY WERE 3 KIDS 3 MALE 1 FEMALE. THEY KEPT TRYING TO PUSH ME OUT OF STORE. THEN WERE CALLING ME HORRIBLE NAMES IN SPANISH. SHOCKER I UNDERSTAND. THEN I SENT MY PRINT OUT 3 TIMES AND SHE KEPT LAUGHING AT ME location #0715 Las Vegas.

  I went in to see Carla yesterday for some documents to be printed and notarized. This lady was the best customer service employee I have ever experienced in any mail store FedEx/UPS/USPS. She took her time helped me with my copies and paperwork. She did not rush me , showed she cared and gave me her undivided attention until I got all my paperwork done. Very confusing process and she was more patient than my own attorney that printed up the papers for me! Bottom line I'll always come to this UPS store for any shipping needs, and this lady deserves a raise. She works Sundays around 12-3 pm. Thank you Carla :)!

  Literally the worst UPS and customer service possible in the entire city. The person who works here is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and lies whenever he feels like not providing services.
