  I recently returned to my favorite UPS which recently switched owners. I loved working with the former team, who were personable, professional, fun, and efficient. As a regular customer, those things were important to me. I wasn't sure if I'd receive the same level of service under new ownership, but I have. I went into the store 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday 2 weeks ago, and Ash was working solo. The store was busy, and most people had special requests. His handling of the line, acknowledging those who were waiting, multi-tasking where possible and showing a high level of efficiency and knowledge, was impressive. I'm so glad that the legacy of the prior owners and striving to offer the best service, seems to be perpetuated by this new tea, This store is so convenient to me....so I am happy that I don't need to find another one.

  Customer service is always great at this location. Whether they are busy or it is quiet. I always feel that they are keeping the customer in mind and doing their best to service everyone completely and quickly.
