  Not a good experience at all. Visited this ups location first time and it was a big line. 2 people in front left because the store charges $2 for taping a box. I had 2 boxes and was just tired after a long day, so decided to pay for taping the box. I had like 20 ups on my way here but i chose this because i had to stop for groceries at Albertsons'. Never coming back here and would not recommend this store to anyone.

  staff had no idea what to do with my package. i’m almost positive they scammed me and i wasn’t explained to about why i was paying $140 for basic shipping. horrible experience would never recommend

  I went to UPS today and had a super experience!!! Shar’nae helped me out with all of my 7 packages. She was amazing, professional, and friendly!!! Thank you so much!!!
