  Sharnae at UPS was outstanding. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sending my package quick and stress-free. She actually assisted me two days in a row, she has excellent customer service skills she is a true asset!

  I frequent this establishment for Amazon returns. For the past two plus years I've never had an issue here. Despite what employees come and go they have always been respectful professional and helpful. This is absolutely my go-to location not just for the convenience of it being close to my house but because of the lovely people I've encountered there. They always seem like they are legitimately working, not dragging or disengaged like so many other businesses these days.

  Not a good experience at all. Visited this ups location first time and it was a big line. 2 people in front left because the store charges $2 for taping a box. I had 2 boxes and was just tired after a long day, so decided to pay for taping the box. I had like 20 ups on my way here but i chose this because i had to stop for groceries at Albertsons'. Never coming back here and would not recommend this store to anyone.
