  I’ve returned several items through this UPS Store, and unfortunately I’ve had multiple issues with returned packages being reported as missing. A T-Mobile phone I returned was later reported as never received, which resulted in an unexpected $1,400 charge to my account. I also returned a perfume that was reported missing. I remember exactly who accepted my returns at this location. Because of these incidents and the financial impact they have caused, I will be filing a police report and pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but after experiencing multiple missing returns, I felt it was important to share my experience. If you return high-value items here, I strongly recommend keeping your receipt, tracking information, and any proof of drop-off until your return has been fully processed.

  I had an amazing time here, and the customer service was exactly what I was hoping for and more. Bailey was especially helpful, and gave me the info I needed for my last second package I needed to send to my sister, and what I needed to do. It was a little pricey, but that's on me, not them 😆 I recommend coming here if you need questions answered, and I hope to be blown away again by the kindness I was shown!

  The staff at Jones 7327 are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They can handle a crowd in the small space, as well as deliveries at the same to time. They initiated a claim before I knew I was eligible.
