  I have returned three routers from different companies when I was still testing out which internet provider was best, two of the three have gone completely missing, and I’m stuck with the bill, this is a pattern at this point and it’s unacceptable, where are these routers going?! Ridiculous.

  This is not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location. The previous time, I let it slide, but this time it really got out of hand. I went in to pick up a package that had been left at this location, and I was charged a fee that was not clearly disclosed. When I questioned the charge, the employee was on his phone acting like he was trying to figure it out. Once he saw me contacting customer service and showing him on the website that there was no pickup fee when I placed my order, his attitude completely changed. He then walked away before even finishing helping me and went to help another customer. While I was still waiting, he helped that customer and charged them for a box even though their package was already in a box. When he came back to finish helping me, he had an attitude and told me I would be getting my money back to my card, even though I had originally paid with cash. The entire situation happened in less than five minutes, but the way I was treated was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I shouldn’t have to question an unexplained charge and then receive an attitude for asking about it. The money was eventually refunded, but I shouldn’t have had to go through all of this in the first place. Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I will not be returning.

  I pick this ups store because it’s very closed to my business. Before I was hate the guy worked here so I left a bad review to let the previous owner know about his problem. But after this store changed owner, new staff are very nice & helpful. Thank you so much
