  UPS store scam! Went to pick up a MACYS package (watch) at this UPS store. I received an email at 1:15pm that it was ready. Arrived at around 4pm. Employee did not greet me with a "Hello" or "how can I help you?" Just a blank stare. Told her I was here to pickup a macys package and showed her the email and my ID. She then told me it was a $5 charge and I was shocked. Another employee said the charge was for using their "address"! I don't recall Macys stating there was a charge for using an UPS access point. I paid it and left. I will never use this UPS store again. I went here for an Amazon return couple days ago and I guess I am lucky they didn't charge me for that. I would rather risk my package with Porch Pirates than this UPS store!

  This is a little hidden gem for now, but the staff are great! It's nice to see people happy at work, and keeping it professional and friendly with the customers. I love coming here!

  This team was amazing and really helped me out in a pinch. They stayed open an extra 30 minutes to help this stressed out mom get her returns completed on time. I’m super grateful for their kindness!
