  The best UPS store in vegas hands down! Everyone here is so kind. They prioritize the customers and I’ve never had a problem here I literally drive past two other UPS stores just to go to this one lol.

  We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the team at UPS Durango for going above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. Due to unusually heavy traffic, we arrived at the store right at closing time and were worried that we had missed our chance to pick up an important package. The staff were already preparing to leave, yet instead of turning us away, they graciously reopened the doors and welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. What stood out most was not just that they helped us after closing, but the genuine hospitality and willingness to assist without hesitation. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, their compassion and dedication truly made a difference. Thank you to the entire UPS Durango team for your patience, understanding, and commitment to serving your customers.   Stopped by The UPS Store on Durango and Sunset to get my daughter’s travel paperwork notarized and had a great experience. Kenneth and Joseph were both super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made the whole process quick, easy, while answering all of our questions. The store itself is very clean, organized, and welcoming. Honestly, it even smells like a brand new place despite being open for a couple of years already. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything nice and running smoothly. Great customer service from start to finish, I’ll definitely be back for future shipping and notary needs.
