  Slimly franchise owner charges 3.00 dollars (service fee) per day to print plus $.25 so when you’re there to return something with UPS all of a sudden cornered into adding an extra three dollars on top of it I understand some of the stores have charged one dollar but three dollar service fee is insane and I know this is not a UPS policy but they probably are passing the amazon bs to the costumer avoid this place if you have to print anything out for a label

  A huge thank you to Joseph for going above and beyond helping me today. My phone’s Google Drive was acting up and wouldn't send my printout to UPS. I thought I wouldn't be able to get it done, but Joseph quickly offered assistance, knew exactly what was wrong, and took the extra step to figure out an alternate solution.   What an outstanding experience! I visited The UPS Store on Durango in Las Vegas because I urgently needed to have important documents notarized. I was feeling a little stressed since the process required witness signatures and was more complicated than a standard notary appointment, but the team made everything incredibly smooth. The moment I walked in, Mr. Nick greeted me warmly with a smile and made me feel welcome. Shortly afterward, Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently walked me through every step, helped me navigate everything on my phone, answered all of my questions, and made sure every document was completed correctly. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help were truly exceptional. What impressed me most was how the entire team handled my situation with such care and efficiency. They understood the urgency of my documents and never made me feel rushed. Instead, they took the time to ensure everything was accurate, from the notary process to the witness signatures. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. This location is also incredibly convenient—right on Durango, near Chipotle and close to IKEA, with Petey’s Ranch, McDonald’s, Terrible’s, and Chevron nearby—making it an easy stop whether you’re running errands or heading across town. Most people think of UPS for shipping, mailing, Amazon returns, or package drop-offs, but don’t overlook their notary services. If you need documents notarized professionally and efficiently, this is absolutely the place to go. The process was seamless, the staff was knowledgeable, and I left feeling confident that everything had been handled correctly. A huge thank you to Nick, Mr. Joseph, and the entire team for going above and beyond. Your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one.
