  Blonde old lady that does notary in this location is the worst customer service experience l’ve ever had. She complained about every single document that she needed to notarize. I’ve used this ups store a few times before and always had great customer service. The young male that works in the front is always very polite. The other male that also does notary services is also very helpful and polite. But this lady she is just so disrespectful. She complained about everything about my documents that were sent from a title company. Until she refused to sign an acknowledgment. I’ve been signing this documents for years. Same exact documents. With multiple different notaries. This is the first time l ever had a notary complaining about everything on the document and even refusing to sign an acknowledgment. She even complained that the title company asked me to sign in blue ink. After that she started screaming inside the store. I’ve never had such bad experience. I really hope that this review gets to the owner. Who l’ve met in that past (as l’ve been to this location multiple times) who is also a very nice guy. Unfortunately, you just lost a customer because l never want to be threaded again the way l was today.

  Sami is always so kind professional and informative, Lama was so kind helping me open the door with my full hands and efficient box labeling, Aden refreshing kindness as well, even walked out to give my kiddo her sunglasses she left behind. Truly a neighborhood family ups store. Great people and great place

  I had a package sent to this UPS store about a year ago via UPS. I sent it from another UPS store in another state. I paid over $100 to have the package sent. It contained a lot of personal stuff including medications. When I arrived home and was able to pick the package up, the owner was very rude and told me that I needed to tell him directly that I was having a package sent to his store. He held my package hostage and tried to tell me it was going to cost me another $100 for a "holding fee". Again I sent it from another UPS store, through UPS. After some protesting from me, he agreed to bring the "holding fee" down to $50 and refused to give me my package until I paid him. Again, I had personal medications in there along with other important personal belongings. The guy that owns this store is crooked, and makes up fees when he thinks he should be paid for something UPS already got paid for. It doesn't matter if this is a franchised location or not, I should not have to pay to send a package through a carrier, then pay to recieve the same package on the other end from the SAME carrier. Avoid this UPS at all costs.
