  This UPS store was not crowded at all. It was neat and clean and brightly lit. The clerks were friendly and efficient.

  Make sure to check your receipt. They overcharge for service, billing an envelope as a box, and they charge for an envelope even though you used your own. Plus they refuse to send mail using UPS envelope. They insist to use USPS. Better go to the post office then. Avoid.
