  I had eaten here before. When I filled out the app to order it auto-directed it here instead of thr location I was at. I realized immediately after clicking submit payment and tried everything in my power to contact Subway to cancel order. Nobody answers the phone. A cancel order needs to be done ASAP. But without Noone answering the phone this is impossible. Im hoping this location makes it right, but we see

  This location is damn good and staff was too good , very good customer service… me n my husband were impressed… and we chose to come only to this location of subway

  Only one person working the dinner rush, and she was slow as molasses. Waited in line almost 15 minutes for her to deal with the two customers in front of me when I entered the store. Another person walked in through the back door and stepped in front of me in the line, and she started taking his order before mine. When I clarified that I was next she asked me for my order, then continued taking the other guys order before asking me what I wanted on my sandwich. I walked out of the store and I will not be going back to this subway.
