I ordered a chicken sandwich for pickup, and they prepared it in the worst possible way: they added ranch dressing even though I had asked for it without, and the amount of sauce was excessive. I eat at Subway every week, so I know how the orders are supposed to be. I went back with the full order to ask for a replacement and encountered the worst possible attitude from the staff member. After an argument, they finally remade it, but after such an unpleasant experience, the bread was impossible to eat.

If I could give this location zero stars I would!!!! The employee wasn't knowledgeable about the menu nor the online app had to reapet myself serval times when ordering. She didn't honor the online horrible experience!!!!

Michelle is great!
I have an allergy to peppers and it’s a real struggle to find a place that is knowledgeable about cross contamination. Michelle went above and beyond to avoid cross contamination, in a way that I’ve never seen before. She was so polite and professional about the allergy as well. I hope she gets promoted.

Store says 24hrs and you could never tell it has a drive thru, had never been to this location before but got off work late and ordered online. Doors were locked and the girls inside just ignore you as you try to open it, nobody answered the phone and they’re just standing there ignoring you until I banged on the door and they yelled drive thru at me. They could’ve kindly told me that when they saw me the first time and I wouldn’t have had an issue. But the blatant ignoring me then being rude is unacceptable, wish I could take my tip back I gave them when I ordered. Will never come to this location again.
