  I wanted a club sandwich for a while now, saw they had 2 different kinds so i ordered both. Well turns out their all american club is toasted, i wanted a cold sandwich and all clubs are cold but ok whatever ill deal with nasty soggy tomatoes and lettuce. I get home and bite into it, no bacon in it. Drive back and unwrap the sandwich to show them, so they heated me up some bacon to put on the sandwich which was cool, but they left it unwrapped at the register as other customers stood over it paying for their sanwiches. I let that slide too, i figured at this point ask for a cup of vinegar and oil cuz they probably ignored that request on my other sandwich, im told they dont have cups sorry but they did offer me a free drink. So i drive home and eat my slimy soggy club that ive been craving for some time, it wasnt good. Salty as can be, soggy as can be. Anyways i decide to toss the rest of thet and dig into the subway club. Completely dry and bland. Threw that away also, i no longer want any form of club sandwiches for a long while not because the craving was satisfied but because im grossed out as can be. Ive always said subways is only good if you use the coupons, today even that proved false. Next time Ill pay the extra $4-$5 and stick to mikes.

  Whats the purpose of a The drive-through if they will never help So there is no drive-through according to the young girl at the counter, she told me to come inside that she was busy and her coworker was also busy in the back. Very condescending attitude at all times, she got pretty upset and denied giving me her last name, other lady came from the back and helped with my order. Its upsetting and inconvenient, I always look for drive t. Options for my personal preference and here is always an issue.

  Their hours show closing time is 11pm. I showed up at 10:20pm after a 10hr shift. Only subway on the way home that doesn’t involve me going out of my route. Tried to go in and door is closed. I make a gesture asking if they’re actually closed and lady says they’re closed. Why would they close 40minutes before actual closing time? Just disappointing seeing a business do this in bad faith. Looked more like they didn’t want customers so they can leave early.

  The same woman who works afternoons does this every single time. I am literally sitting in the drive-through for more than 15 minutes. I even tried to honk and get her attention and she tells me that someone just walked in the door. Why can’t she tell the customers who are just walking in the doors right now, “hey, I have to take care of someone in the drive-through, but I’ll be right with you.“ She doesn’t. She just lets me sit here forever. It’s so ridiculous. Apparently she needs help, and more staff.

  Drive thru wednsday 8;25 pm... waitting in the drive thru and never took my order saying she was with a customer, its not her fault @subway should schedule at least 2 people... really bad service
