  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit this place. I found the employee Vanessa to be rude and disrespectful, showing a clear lack of concern for customer service. In contrast, the Mexican restaurant next door offered a fantastic experience with excellent food and attentive service. I highly recommend considering a review of your staff’s customer interaction standards to avoid losing customers.

  Rude, rude, rude! Unacceptable treatment by the person who served us. She had such a heavy accent that it would have helped if she looked at us when she spoke. No eye contact at all very horrible tone and attitude. The cashier was much nicer. I wouldn't waste my money there unless I was starving!
