    Tell me why the sign says Open, but the doors are locked at 930pm. I understand if it's drive through only but no one answered me in the drive through at all. So do you guys close at 9pm and need to update the time on the website and the time sheet on the door, or did you guys just close early today and forget to turn off the open sign?

    Not sure of the guys name he said his name was Isaiah, probably fake name . he worked 3/25 at 7:30. I think he hates his job and he’s miserable but he has the worst customer service. Just an all around disgruntled employee and said he wanted to fight my brother.

    Isiah in the drive through was extremely disrespectful. I placed online order and when I asked if they were busy that’s why it took so long. He said if I wanted my order quicker I should have came inside. He also refuse to give me my order because he said I didn’t not give my name and I already gave it 4 times. Even at the intercom they ask what the name is for the order before driving up. He then proceeded to call me lazy for using the drive through. At this point since I given my name 4 times already I told him I wasn’t going to say it again he said that’s on you it’s just longer wait for you. So I decide to give him my name one last time. He then laughs at says actually I want to see it on your phone. At this point I said don’t worry about it please just cancel the order and refund me. He laughs again and said good luck get your refund through the app. He said I was a liar because I told him I waited almost 30 mins for my order. When you can clearly see the order places at 6:34 and at this time it is 7:13. He was overall just very rude and disrespectful I have NEVER dealt with anyone like that in my life. I will not be returning to this store.

    They didn't put much food on the footlong sandwich and it was also skimpy and also they didn't heat it up when I asked for them to heat it up they also forgot to get my milk and the chips felt stale

    Gave me the new guy who didn't even know which bread is which. Customers don't want to pay to help train and then be the test subject. Bad decision on the trainers part that made me walk out instead of pay for a meal. Won't be back.
