Should be given this place 0 stars. Absolutely the worst customer service. I frequently come to this subway because it's near my job. To start off I placed an order online and the tracking said about 15 mins to be ready . I show up past 15 mins that my sandwich should have been ready and the lady at the counter has like 5 sandwiches she's barely preparing. I ask the older lady for my order and she has a smile on her face and says. It's not ready and shrugs her shoulders. Like hello Mam i placed my order over 30 mins ago and you are just getting to it. No freaking way. With a smirk of her face she says sorry and continues to shrug her shoulders. Come on people what type of establishment allows this type of behavior. First of all managers why do you have 1 employee working the entire store. Second of all why the I don't care attitude instead of being apologetic about my order and 4 others not ready. Mind you I've been to this place several times and every time I've had an issue with this same older lady and her attitude and all the times it's been her she never had anything ready or does everything very slow to her time. IDK what the deal is but I will not be returning to this store in particular.

Zero Stars!!! I ordered last night, at 10:35pm, because it says on the website that they don’t closed until 11pm, but they might have been better off being closed. Because what I got wasn’t even close to what I ordered. What I got was a very disgusting looking poor excuse for a sub. I provided details on how I wanted my sub and the “sandwich artist” completely ignored my details… He gave me the oldest freezer-burnt veggies, and instead of giving me extra, like I wanted, he gave me less than what they normally serve. I paid extra for 50% more and he gave me 50% less. I took one bit of my sub and I couldn’t take another. I was so disgusted and upset. I threw the dam sub away, because why would I keep it? I called and texted the district manager, Aline Claudio, to see if she could make things right, but she completely ignored me and didn’t even offer me a remake, because I didn’t have the “product”… like why would I keep it??? It’s a whole another day and it was disgusting… I also texted and called the store manager several times and never even got a response back. This place is the worst Subway in town. Very rude staff and management. Better off going to the one up the street on College or the one down the street on Bonanza. Don’t go here. If you do, make sure you pay attention to how they make your sub because not even management will help make things right if they mess your order up. Very disappointing and waste of my money. I do not feel valued as a customer at all. I will never go here again.

Very disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru today and was treated rudely by an older employee who was yelling at me the entire time. As I was waiting at the window with my phone out ready to pay, she rushed over and loudly accused me of not paying, which was embarrassing and unnecessary. On top of that, when I to my daughters school and checked my bag, my chips were missing. Poor customer service and an incorrect order. I won’t be returning to this location unless management addresses these issues.

We went in today, and the workers Erika and Julian had amazing customer service. Erika was very friendly, and julian prepared the sandwiches exactly how we wanted! They were great!

This place is shittt sorry you have to wait like 20 minutes on the drive true and the guy inside is rude
