    If your going to have a new employee who does not really know what to do then don’t have a high school girl who doesn’t really want to help and gets annoyed when the new employee ask questions because that’s not a good way to teach

    The bread was so hard on all of our sandwiches (3) that we couldn’t eat the bottom part of the bread. Horrible!!!

    The 2 females working this evening were VERY unfriendly. I felt as if they were put off to be assisting me. They did not smile, barely spoke and seemed irritated with doing their job. I got the impression they did not want to be helping me. Was also given a hard time when I asked to use restroom after ordering and paying. I patiently waited as she helped the next customer after me which was not a problem for me. But, then they were staring at me and acting like I shouldn't be there so I kindly reminded them that I was just waiting to use the restroom. At that point one of them pointed at a key that was on a tray attached to a ladle on the other end of the counter and looked at me all crazy. She had not told me it was there and it was covered by a paper towel. I am a very polite, patient and understanding person and I gave no reason for the poor attitude received. I've been in customer service and management for 30+ yrs and this was not it!! Find nicer employees or properly train the ones you do have.
