  The employees literally ignored ten people standing in line to order for multiple to go orders that came through. Totally absurd. Took 25 min for us to order and we were second in line.

  The short older woman working there was very rude and disrespectful. Instead of politely explaining that I couldn’t get a refill, she immediately got defensive and interrupted me in a confrontational tone. I barely got to walk up to the counter and ask. If refills aren’t allowed, that could’ve been communicated respectfully. She sat and watched me & my Husband while whispering to her coworker! She also proceeded to lock it afterwards. VERYYYY unprofessional customer service.
