  The short older woman working there was very rude and disrespectful. Instead of politely explaining that I couldn’t get a refill, she immediately got defensive and interrupted me in a confrontational tone. I barely got to walk up to the counter and ask. If refills aren’t allowed, that could’ve been communicated respectfully. She sat and watched me & my Husband while whispering to her coworker! She also proceeded to lock it afterwards. VERYYYY unprofessional customer service.

  Lady charged me for the wrong sandwich and then charged me again forcing my card to decline. Double charged me and told me wait for refund. Im on lunch break. Will never go again. So humiliating. Thank goodness Dunkin next door so was still able to eat while charging my car.
