    If your open till 9 ... why are we shutting the toaster down at 8:30 ?! Came to get a sandwich and can't get it toasted cause they shut the toaster orff... if you close at 9 then everything should be on and running until your doors lock

    Been coming here for years. As usual, I ordered 2 for long subs. I can say without a doubt, this is one of the worst orders I've ever received! The bread was dry and old. There was literally 1 slice each of salami, pepperoni and ham, barely any spinach, watery mayonnaise, one small tiny tomato, no seasonings or cucumber as I requested. These sandwiches were made without any care of concern. Clearly the employee had decided they would give no pride in the company or their work. Very very disappointed!!!

    Went in to pick up an order and had a very disappointing experience. I approached the pickup counter and attempted to get the attention of the employee standing there. He made direct eye contact with me, gave me an annoyed look and then proceeded to ignore me for an extended moment before simply walking away without saying anything to help a different customer (There was only 2 of us and I was ahead). That kind of behavior toward a customer is extremely rude and unprofessional. Another employee eventually stepped in and assisted, but the situation should never have occurred in the first place. Additionally, the order had been sealed carelessly; the sticker was placed so poorly that it was barely holding the bag closed. As soon as I picked it up, the bag opened and the contents fell onto the floor. Basic courtesy and attention to customers should be expected in any service environment. Being ignored at the counter and receiving an improperly packaged order reflects poorly on the overall level of service.

    Placed a online order for a few of us, however i forgot to unmark some items that are automatically checked off, drove back to site asked them to remake it said they couldn't. Im not prefect but damn other stores would've remade it. And let not talk about the homeless camped out front
