It's 5:24 am 5-25-26. I walked in and the heavy set Hispanic woman kicked me out saying it's closed in a heavy accent. She is mopping the floor. Why does it say open 24 hours if it's closed?

I get diarrhea every time i have ate here. they don’t care about the food quality, they don’t cover the meat while it’s sitting, every vegetable is brown. The meat is crinkled from sitting out. every bag of chips I’ve got has been popped or has no air, the staff is terrible, service is terrible, and everything about whoever owns this place doesn’t give a care at all and is making subway look bad.

I normally order online to use sub club and online codes, this subway randomly wasn't taking online orders (I go here about 5 times a week and always order online) so I walked down to order in person and use a paper coupon I had, when I got there they had a sign up saying they were only taking cash, so I had to walk across the street to get cash, when I got back I then had to wait for over 20 minutes because they only had one girl working on a holiday while multiple events were happening in the area, when I was finally able to order I went to confirm they'd accept the coupon I had before ordering (I worked at subway before and sometimes we couldn't take certain coupons but often had the right ones on hand to use instead) she said they weren't accepted anymore even thought it didn't expire until May which is a month away, and did not offer any solution or fix even though I had had to wait over 20 minutes and would have just ordered online if I could.

Con respecto al comentario de la persona anterior es lamentable su inconveniente y entendible cierto punto ,claramente las chicas explicaron q solo estaban aceptando cash debido a un problema de sistema y de internet lo cual ocacionaba que no pasaran ni cupones ,ni estuvo la opcion de pedidos en linea y no por ser descortez sino que no habia manera ( dias festivos en los que proveedores no estaban laborando para asi resolver el inconveniente del sistema) ,ellas jamas desean brindar mal servicio al cliente ,es mas se les estaba explicando a todos y se les ofrecio dar el recibo y que escanearan el codigo Qr para que no perdieran sus puntos.
