  Everytime I go into this subway it's great, but today I ended up finding a live bug in my sandwich... just crawling around as I was sat distracted on my phone! 😳??

  location & atmosphere was fine. Absolutely 1 rating for taste of the philly steak & cheese sub. Absolutely 1 rating for the Subway app to get the $6.99 footlong using their discount code. never got the discount. the app isn't user-friendly.

  Beware… Read the other comments!! Very poor customer service. I visited this location around 8:00 AM and was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from the employee working the counter. I was polite and even willing to pay extra for additional meat on my sandwich, yet the employee responded with irritation and said, “What do you want? I have things to do.” There were no other customers in the store at the time. This is not acceptable behavior for a customer-facing position. I chose to leave and go to another location instead, where I was treated respectfully. Management needs to address this.

  This will be my subway to go place. Left St Rose subway that would not take my coupon into another location that graciously took my coupon.Staff was kind and friendly. Will recommend this place. Thank you Subway at Silverado Ranch location💙
