  The employees prioritized online orders, it was going to be a minute so we just put in the online order as well. The customer service was mid at best. Our food was kinda just tossed together. First subway I've seen charge for refills. Overall 1/10 experience at this subway.

  Since when they charge $1 for drink refills specially when you eat there and spend more than $25 , but a homeless comes and gets ice and water for free !!! My husband literally goes there almost every day . I haven’t seen this at any other location . Nellis and Lake mead store sucks !!!!

  Some of the worst customer service ever . For some reason there is always a different excuse between midnight and 5 am about this establishment not being able to take orders . It’s happened over 30 times for the passed several years. Had to write a review about it .

  Haven't eaten at a Subway in a couple of years, got food poisoning 3x. Thought I'd give them another shot after receiving a gift card. And I was immediately reminded why I no longer do Subway. Lettuce looked old wilted. Almost brown. Skimpy with other veggies on sandwich. No Swiss cheese. Subway has fallen even more in my opinion big time.

  Amo subway, pero las veces que he visitado esta location me llevo una mala experiencia. Una de las asociadas es bien grosera y mal educada, jamás me han tratado con altanería como lo ha echo ella. No se como pueden tenerla ahi. No vi su nombre pero si vuelvo a ir, aunque lo dudo mucho, preguntaré su nombre y volverán a ver un negative review de mi parte.
