Be prepared for a long wait. We came in tonight and there was a fairly long line. They had one person working by herself, helping both the people there and doing online orders. At one point, she commented that someone would be in to help at 6 PM. At 615, her help was still not there. Subway should not have had this person working alone in the first place. She was doing an excellent job, but it was ridiculous. It isn't any wonder that every time we go there it is different people working. Treat your employees better.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! IT IS NOT EVEN WORTH THE PATHETIC $6.99 FOOTLONG DEAL OR ANY OTHER DEAL TO GET PATHETIC, SUBSTANDARD FOOD! Heck this place deserves a 0! AWFUL is a terrible understatement! The bread is supposed to be fresh and today when I got my sandwich half of it was hard as a rock! I ordered online and it said 15 minutes. I went there 15 minutes later and they had not even started and did not want to even start. There was only one guy when i got there and he didnt even start making my sandwich until some other guy came in and even then he started to make my sandwich incorrectly in front of me and i had to correct him. Then he stopped even making it and left to the back room! The other guy who had just come in must have been hard of hearing because you practically had to scream for him to even hear what you said. Needless to say I waited another 15 minutes to FINALLY get my sandwich and it was awful. He wouldnt even put the parmesan cheese on it and put it in a tiny plastic cup with a cover that would not stay on. So the cheese just went all over the bag and was not even on my sandwich! And, again, half the bread was hard as a rock! Someone else came in shortly after I did to pick up their online order and they told her hers was not ready and when she asked how long, first the guy said he did not know and when she asked again he said 20 more minutes. That is absolutely ridiculous! This location is beyond terrible and their employees are a diagrace! Go somewhere else!
I order online for pick up and the sandwiches are not made right. The lettuce is wilted and the tomatoes are pale pink or almost expired. Condiments are missing or there’s barely any at all. Sometimes they give me the wrong cookies or miss some of the cookies I order. I’m not ordering anymore. Sorry it’s too much of a hassle to fulfill my order. I’m not able to review my order on the app so I’m doing this. We won’t be back.

Veggies and bread were old. Had to throw away sandwich. It used to be better
The night shift guy on 04/05/2026 finished someone's order as I walked in. He told me "one minute", proceeded to make HIMSELF something, went to the bathroom, came back out, and then sat down and began eating his food like I didn't exist. I thought I was being pranked. I put my arms up and he gave me the "one minute" finger, which is when I walked out. Look at the other 1-star reviews. This Subway is a joke. Don't support this trash.
