  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, my experiences here have consistently been disappointing. I have visited multiple times at different times of day, and each visit has reflected poor customer service and apparent understaffing. Even when placing orders in advance, I have arrived to find that they were not ready for pickup as expected. The overall level of customer service needs significant improvement. My experience with the manager, Maria, was particularly disappointing. She was very confrontational and unwilling to listen to my concerns or work toward a resolution. I expected a manager to handle the situation professionally and help resolve the issue, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. The one positive aspect I can mention is that the location is clean. However, cleanliness alone does not make up for the repeated issues with service, staffing, order fulfillment, and management.

  3rd time I have ordered online and got nothing. Went through their app twice, git charged, no food there and say they didn't get orders, no refund, manager arguing with me over phone. Order today through grubhub same thing, we didn't get your order. At least grubhub refunded me. This location is awful. At the very least don't order online, but better yet, go anywhere else.

  This place sucks! Bread taste old I ordered roast beef sub threw most of in the trash!! Subway needs to close this place down

  I order online it’s easier and convenient but this place has just gone down hill. I ordered three sandwiches ordered at 1pm….email confirmation order would be ready by 120…arrived at 1:16 four workers there and not a single sandwich made!! FOUR WORKERS! took an extra 10 minutes.

  This girl working on June 27 at 3:00 AM was amazing. Normally Subway workers suck and are slow, but she was not. She brought the vibes, was efficient, and very jolly. Best Subway worker interaction ever… love her.
