  Every time I come to this location they make online orders while customers in the store wait. It’s always a 10+ min wait even when there are 0-2 people in the store. They need more staff or don’t prioritize all online orders over people in the store.

  Twice I have been there and ordered online this past week and was given a hard time picking up my meal because apparently giving my name and description of the order is not proof enough. The employee insisted that I show my order on my phone before giving me my food. Each time it was the same order and each time I Vegas the same employee. The first time he was not even in the store at the counter when I walked in and had to shout out for assistance. The second time there was a family with two young children in and another customerwho witnessed the employee cuss at me and tell me that next time I wasn't going to get my food if I didn't provide proof. I mean I guess name and specific order details is not enough. Both times I was made to feel like I was trying to steal my own food and both times by the same employee. I order at his location several times a month and have never been treated this way. The employee even threatened to do something to my food because "I know your order and name now" . Not a good face for the brand. Not sure I will be spending my money at this location in the future. Spring mountain and valley view location late night hours. Not worth the convenience of I'm going to be threatened or humiliated in front of customers.
