  The food here is usually good, but I have to say I’m extremely frustrated with the experience I’ve had on multiple occasions at night. There seems to be a particular employee working the evening shift who always seems to have an issue making sandwiches and, quite frankly, appears to be making up their own rules as they go. I’m not even sure if this employee is a man or a woman, but whoever this person is, management really needs to have a conversation with them about their attitude and the way they are handling customers. On top of that, there have been signs posted telling customers that they cannot come inside to place an order and that it is “mobile pickup only.” This is incredibly frustrating, especially when there has been no clear explanation as to why this is happening. I’m not sure what is going on with this particular employee, but customers should not be made to feel like they are inconveniencing someone simply by trying to place an order. Employees also should not be creating their own policies or putting up signs that restrict customers unless this is actually company policy. I would really appreciate it if management would address this situation with the evening staff and make sure everyone is following the actual policies and providing customers with the level of service they should reasonably expect. I like the food and would prefer to continue coming here, but this situation needs to be addressed.

  Emely, the manager at location #48275-0 said that the displayed sign was ONLY for online orders and his employee could not give the discount. The sign, as you know, does NOT MENTION anything about that.

  There only 2 customers and 3 employer and is soon as i walk in they told me the wait time was 30 to 40 min , horrible people don’t wanna work any more
