  Mia!! Mia needs a raise! She was the only one working and the place was so clean when we went in, she made our sandwiches just perfectly. Then as we were eating a disabled lady came in and ordered- MIA took the time to help her out to her car with her sandwich. She’s great. I’m sure the owner wishes they had 10 Mia’s!! Thanks for a good experience and showing there is still good in the world.

  Tuesday Jun 30 At 11:13 PM, we visited this Subway location and were served by a male employee who was extremely rude. When we arrived, we said “good evening,” but he did not respond at all. During the interaction, he seemed not to understand what I was asking, so I politely repeated my question. Instead of assisting me professionally, he laughed in an inappropriate way. When I was placing my order, he continued to be rude in his tone and repeatedly told me to hurry up because the store was getting busy. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service should always be respectful and patient, and unfortunately this was not the case during our visit.

  So I went in around 10:30 pm 06/13/2026. This should help the owner to view video footage. Maybe the employees do this type thing to not have to serve customers? But everytime she kept asking me what I wanted and when I would begin to give her my order her employee that was cleaning the oven kept interrupting me as I would put in a order then she'd ignore me to speak with him. After doing that several times to me I told her I'd just wait till they got done with whatever it was they were speaking about. So when I said that she got upset and told me she wasn't going to server. I believe the gentle had some integrity because he said he would take my order. Then she stopped him from taking my order because she was in her feelings. She even went the distance to threaten me with police. Told her I'll post this on social media and let's see what subway corporation has to say. Then she went on laughing and taunting me saying who cares! I hope you make me famous on social media. Just so your company knows I have posted it on social media.
