Monday June 15th, 8:48 PM, the guy working there with glasses was looking at me like I was trying to steal something as soon as I walked towards the refrigerator to grab a soda, I didn't have enough time for my lunch so I tried to have everything ready, even after getting in line to order he kept looking at me weird, it wasn't a misunderstanding, he shouldn't be looking at customers like that at all, I wish I could give 0 stars, I ended leaving and not ordering anything

So I went in around 10:30 pm 06/13/2026. This should help the owner to view video footage. Maybe the employees do this type thing to not have to serve customers? But everytime she kept asking me what I wanted and when I would begin to give her my order her employee that was cleaning the oven kept interrupting me as I would put in a order then she'd ignore me to speak with him. After doing that several times to me I told her I'd just wait till they got done with whatever it was they were speaking about. So when I said that she got upset and told me she wasn't going to server. I believe the gentle had some integrity because he said he would take my order. Then she stopped him from taking my order because she was in her feelings. She even went the distance to threaten me with police. Told her I'll post this on social media and let's see what subway corporation has to say. Then she went on laughing and taunting me saying who cares! I hope you make me famous on social media. Just so your company knows I have posted it on social media.
This review is for the two ladies in the day time with horrible attitudes. Been coming here for years, everytime I come it seems to be an issue with any of my request.

My wife placed an online order. I picked it up drove home opened one of the sandwiches and it was completely the wrong sandwich. I drove back to this location, which is about 4 miles from my house. I showed who I would let her find out to be the manager, Karen, The receipt and a sandwich. She proceeded to argue with me that it was the right sandwich when it clearly was not. After finally acknowledging that it was the wrong sandwich, she did not even attempt to apologize or to anything to make it right. Moreover, she ignored me the entire time she was remaking my sandwich. I literally asked only for an apology for the argument. When I asked if I was gonna get one, she looked at me in the eye and said no. I was incredulous. Unbelievable that this is the kind of service a franchise owner would allow of any employee let alone a manager. actually, it’s not that unbelievable. again, asked for nothing for my trouble except acknowledgment and maybe an apology. What I got was an argument. I guess the customer is not always right. Even when we are.
take a look at all of my other reviews and you’ll see that I don’t leave negative reviews ever. This one was absolutely warranted.
