  Ordered 5 complicated footlongs in person today. So sorry to the workers, especially to the goated sandwich master who made all of my sandwiches at the same time. The dude was multitasking like crazy, without skipping a beat, maintaining all the speed and efficiency required to build a superb subway sandwich. His work and attitude genuinely influenced me to go out of my way and write a review. So, I just wanted to say thank you sir for being so cheery and happy to make my sandwiches regardless of how inconvenient it was. Also, he managed to make all the sandwiches look good which is impressive, because there were so many toppings and it usually looks a mess. I didn’t catch his name but once again it was this lake mead location around 9pm 6/13/26 if any of the subway staff can show him this that would be awesome thanks. Oh also this location is always clean and has fresh ingredients 👍🏼 do recommend.

  Drove all the way to the subway, so everybody could get meatball subs just to find out they don’t have meatballs today. Poor and creepy atmosphere when we walked in and slightly above or service highly recommend choosing another subway.

  I made an online order that was not what i ordered exactly. I called and spoke to Ron who said to come down and he would remake it. I told him i would bring the sandwich that was done wrong but he said he didn't want it to go to rate so just tell him exactly what i wanted and he would make it. Sent my boyfriend back to get the sandwich and got exactly what i wanted 10 minutes later. No Hassel. A++ in my book. I only wished they would've delivered it but we all can't get EVERYTHING we want. Thank you Ron!

  At the subway,when the lady put our bread in the oven,she put the bread for 45 second which may not seem alot the bread was dry and she made us pay two times the first time she " sorry it did not you have to do it again" and it went through so we were confused why we had to do it again, and we had to do it or they were going to say we didn't pay and she never said that we pay twice so that is why I left a 1 star ever though I would like to put 0 STARs. DO NOT GO AT LIKE 6 THROUGH 8 THE LADY WAS KIND BUT MADE US PAY TWICE.
