  Shane Petrelli is very personable & professional. When questions do rise up he & his office truly take the time needed to clarify everything so the customer can be at ease. I am grateful for his knowledge & expertise in helping me find what I need without trying to gouge me like many companies do being a single woman! He & his staff truly have "Integrity" which is rare these days! I strongly suggest using them as I am Team Petrelli, I have used his services to 30+ years. 5+ stars in my book.   Allstate has always been a wonderful company. Responds quickly, like when I went to go to work at 7am only to find a flat tire in my car. Called Allstate, they had a tow truck here within 30 minutes, he took me to the nearest tire store and I was at work by 9am. Thanks Allstate?!

  I have been nothing more than impressed since switching over to Shane from a previous Allstate agents office. Shane has been an absolute pleasure to work with not only does he know his business he’s there to answer the phone when you have a question or a claim. My previous agent was never available when calling their office and felt like I was always being pushed off to a call center. If you’re looking for an agent, you can count on to be there when you need them. I would highly recommend making a switch like I did to Shane.
