  We were staying at the Fontainebleau and walked in the store and purchased an item. We were greeted by Lacy who guided us around the largest single floor Saint Laurent in the world and the largest in North America. Lacy was great answering our questions, helping us see the display items, but most importantly giving us space to experience the items we were considering purchasing without the pressure of her presence being right there like other luxury stores. She gave us personal room so my wife and I can ask each other comfortably what we thought, offered us a beverages, and answered all of our questions and concerns without being far or too close. She even answered some of our questions with her personal experiences. Very nice touch. We held our purchase at the store for a bit and when we came back, even before we walked in, Lacy greeted us with a smile and wave to come in and was quick with getting our purchase. Lacy was amazing and a great representative of the brand. This is one of the better if not best Saint Laurent store we have visited and probably the best one on the Strip. It is in the Fontainebleau more north of the Strip, but we highly recommend this store when in Vegas.

  Almost made a purchase at this store. However i was turned off by being followed by the associate around the ENTIRE store. hmm. Can’t put my finger on why.

  Guillermo has exceptional customer service! I loved my experience here at this location, he really took his time to help me and was patient with me while choosing the right size purse that would work for me. Great experience and definitely will be back 😊

  Just today, I visited this store. Employees are very nice and humble, and he showing me everything even he knows that I can’t afford but still he makes sure that i can see everything in the store and see the different products. I have the best experience of the my life in the store. Hats off to him. Thank you for the opportunity to explore the products of ysl.
