I must say that Luis is one of the most impressive agents I’ve been blessed to talk with as a representative from ALLSTATE! He was above And beyond in every way! Extremely kind and thoughtful and respectful AND very very patient answering all my questions and making me feel very confident re my insurance decisions. He definitely was my hero for today! More companies need people like him! Perhaps a classroom for teaching agents how to interact with customers to treat them and Let them Feel like the top priority they are :) ! … Including repeat customers. Thank You Jan Wilson

  I was wanting to get my policy confirmed. DeAnna picked up my call and was wonderful in helping me. My issue involved my policy insured by a company other than Allstate.
