Very clean and neat museum. All the celebrities look close to the real people. Love the Hangover Bar. Wish a free drink was included in your experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I added a few pictures I took.

Always changing and never the same each vist. I'm disappointed they tookk out the President and sports section to focus on the entertainment industry.

We enjoyed this as one of the attractions on our Go City card. Our entire family enjoyed how lifelike each celebrity looked! It is conveniently located on the Venetian making it an easy stop for families. Definitely recommend..

The wax museum was a fun experience with lots of photo opportunities, but this review is particularly directed to Jimmy at the wax hand station. Huge shout out to him, he is very good at his job and his customer service was phenomenal. My daughter had an episode and fainted while getting her wax hand done due to locking her knees. Jimmy immediately sprang into action and provided immediate assistance and called for help. Management was great and brought her water and ensured that she did not need medical attention. Thankfully she was ok after a few minutes, and Jimmy was even able to salvage her wax hand that turned out great. Thank you, Jimmy!

Good but a bit ADA challenges reviews. One guy, Jimmie was a doll in helping us figure out the elevator for Mom in a wheelchair. Outside there are escalators ramps, and a small sign that said elevator behind a gate. The Gate looked closed and had a lock box, so it looked locked. There was some random guy standing right below the escalators, with a company shirt that said Brand Ambassador, who encouraged us to ride the escalator ramp..in a wheelchair? and then said, he didn't work for the hotel. What? There were no other empolyees around to reassure us about the elevator access. We had already experienced difficulties with other handicap ADA access at other places. They didn't have Whoopi Goldberg Sister act on display and where it was before, was not accessible for someone in a wheelchair. It was a bit disappointing cause Mom's fav movie is Sister Act. It was above a few steps. Jimmie helped us navigate the elevator and walked us to the gate to reassure us it was open. This place only had a few rooms to roam through and some things were extra. We got a military discount so that was some savings.
