First time visiting Vegas, I had wonderful associate by the name Sky helping me.
Sky, is attentive, professional and knowledgeable.
Although I haven't purchased anything yet, Viktoria was so kind to show me the different wallets available.
This five-star review is awarded to the team at the Giorgio Armani Las Vegas Crystals location. With members of the staff having that great eye for design and knowing which articles of clothing pair nicely, allow them the opportunity to introduce you to this low-key world of luxury and to help you look and feel your best, aka confident, dashing, and elegant.
Upon walking into this boutique, you'll quickly see why there's so much to love about this luxurious designer brand, which is the complete opposite of ostentatious.

Clowns all the way down.
I worked with Marlon C. and a "styling manager" to get fitted for a suit. Before we got started, I told them I needed the suit for Saturday (it was Wednesday at the time) for an engagement party, and that if it that time line wasn't possible I didn't want to move forward. Marlon told me it was possible. We went through with the process, where I confirmed multiple times with both staff members that this was possible, with the only risk being a possible shipping delay. I was willing to take that risk.
When I called in on Friday to check status, I talked to a different sales person who told me they had no idea why Marlon had said this would be possible as their tailor doesn't work on Wednesday or Thursday. This meant it was never possible for my suit to come on time. Annoyed, I asked them to deliver it to my home because I was traveling for the event and wouldn't be at the original shipping destination. We agreed to have the suit delivered on Wedseday since I'm traveling through Tuesday.
Marlon called me once but i wasn't available. When I called him back during business hours he didn't pick up, and he didn't follow up.
Sure enough, it's Tuesday and my $4000 order is sitting on my front porch for the next 24 hours because they can't follow simple instructions for shipping.
Don't bother dealing with this shop, they clearly only care about their commissions.
