  Amazing insurance company... They are always available for their customers and go above and beyond if they are able to... I appreciate all their hard work and the way they check in on you as a customer just to make sure that everything is taken care of and handled accordingly...

  19 years with Allstate, when Fred Ledford retired, it went downhill, I’ve never been treated as rudely as I have by the Dwain Frazier agency, the pricing increase was just way too much, I was knowingly overcharged on my policy and they knew it and told me they would correct it after nine months they did nothing ,Progressive was a third of what they were, after I changed to Progressive they still continued to charge me for insurance, the most disappointing thing I’ve ever experienced
