    I had an online order and for some reason the driver decided I have moved lol (it was my job place). Anyways, I requested a pick up on place and the lady was super nice! I really appreciate it when people are kind, so I'm grateful, and my package was there even though I didn't receive a notification for it lol I'm just happy I picked up my package and had a nice conversation whilst getting it haha

    Staff were extremely disrespectful and power tripping. Waited an hour to pick up a package. They would let customers who availed express service cut in line. If you're not doing express, they would treat you like crap. The system is stupid. If they're going to prioritize other clients, there should at least be a dedicated lane for them.

    During a work trip- a very important over night package was delayed. It was to be delivered on Friday- when online it showed it was actually going to deliver on Monday. I had to call Customer Service over the phone since this shipment was a one of a kind piece of art that was made for a VIP client. To give some context, we made the label and also were the recipient- so the account was under our business account. The delay was not our fault. We have receipt of the package being dropped off on-time. I had to speak to multiple agents on the phone. I spend hours re-explaining the situation. Tracy- the case manager is where I started regaining hope that we were going to make some progress. She spoke with different distributions and store fronts to ensure the location. She mentioned that she was on the phone with Tavia at this location which would be the final destination of our package. It was unclear on our end if it had actually made it to this store- so me and my supervisor decided to show up and take a gamble. Tavia with her bright personality and calm energy ensured us that it got delivered and we would get a phone call later that day to come back and pick it up. Our stress melted away thanks to Tavia's awesome customer service. As promised, Tavia did call us later that day. She managed to talk and explain to her manager Tiana to team up on getting our package to us sooner rather than later. Though, it wasn't clear on why this issue happened in the first place, we are so incredibly thankful that Tracy, Tavia, and Tiana helped us get this piece of art into the right hands, just in time.
