  This is honestly the worst experience I had with a delivery, after going to THREE different locations when the app mentioned the package was ready for delivery and no one had it, I went to this location expecting a solution since it’s FEDEX directly but people who work here just hate it and it show, I heard a customer arguing with the front person which had the same attitude and just said it show it’s at a location that I actually went to two hours prior to this and I asked what should I do now? Since not even on the phone I can get a solution, and he just replied “just go back there”… tbh I’m very disappointed I thought this was one of the best companies for this but I just confirmed they are not even close, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY WITH FEDEX AND IF YOU CAN SKIP GOING TO THIS LOCATION PLEASE ALWAYS DO.

  I would really like to call your office to confirm that my package is there before driving 30 minutes across town to pick it up. Providing a local number that does not force me to go through the frustration of dealing with an AI agent who is incapable of answering my question would be greatly appreciated.

  Only one clerk working. For a fast shipping company they are way too slow. The wait to drop off a package is horrible

  Seriously FedEx get your cr@p together. This morning I woke up thinking, it’ll be easy to ship couple boxes at fedex. I went to the one closer to my house on Fort Apache and Sunset @ Walgreens. They told me they could print my labels but couldn’t ship my boxes if it was over 30 lbs. I asked the girl to weigh my boxes. She said there’s no way she can weigh them. I go to this locations…they surely can do everything that I need to ship my boxes. Nope. After waiting for 45 minutes, the guy told me to print the labels at Walgreens and not sure the boxes can be shipped there. If they can’t come back to this one. I feel like I’m going on a really bad scavenger hunt. This is rediculous‼️ 🤦‍♀️ Now I’m on my way to Walmart.
