  Worst experience ever. if you want your package delivered do not use this station. packages continually come up missing worst fed ex ever. but employee's Michrin b and Samantha b I think their a couple that’s been together about 3 years so sweet of them to help and save the day.

  Picking up packages when you expect it to be quick is a nightmare in the morning . Came at 9:15 left at 9:45 .The lady is really sweet but why is she the only one here in the mornings when it’s obviously the busiest time . Line wrapped around the store and only one person working. Management needs to do better and hire more morning people.

  I’m just having one of the worse experiences In my life with FedEx ground. One of their drivers who’s name is Robert is not delivering customers packages, instead he is misplacing them or keeping them but then goes and updates the system as package delivered.. The last package that It was scheduled to be deliver to my unit, I requested a signature and he signed it under M. McDonald’s, I don’t have anyone in my property or business with that name. He once again stole my package and lied. I called FedEx and they had the audacity to tell me that there is nothing they can do and hung up.

  I've had to go to the main Fed Ex shipping center twice and both times the employees were very nice and helpful. I also love that I can count on Fed Ex to deliver on time, unlike their main competitor. I also appreciate that Fed Ex still has a main shipping center where you can talk to actual Fed Ex employees, unlike their main competitor. I will always choose Fed Ex when I need something delivered fast.

  I had an online order and for some reason the driver decided I have moved lol (it was my job place). Anyways, I requested a pick up on place and the lady was super nice! I really appreciate it when people are kind, so I'm grateful, and my package was there even though I didn't receive a notification for it lol I'm just happy I picked up my package and had a nice conversation whilst getting it haha
