had a keyboard from Amazon shipped to the Linq hotel. After talking to someone on the phone, they told me I could ship packages there. So I did.
After i arrived, I went to the bell desk the the linq to pick up my package. They told they could get it for me - for a $10 fee. Or I could go to the fedex office and pick it up for free instead. I decided to walk to the fedex office at harrahs.
After I arrived here, they charged me the $10 fee anyway!!!
Its not the fee that makes me upset. Its that in no stage, at any time, was I informed of this fee beforehand. I have had packages shipped to hotels numerous times, and this is the first one that has ever charged a fee.
I don't care if this is "standard practice" in vegas (if it is). It is a businesses job to inform customers how much something costs before they buy it - Which the Linq hotel failed to do (I wonder why? /s). For that, I will NEVER return to the linq Hotel for any reason. And i will tell all my friends, my family, and my acquaintances to never stay here.
Do NOT get packages shipped here - unless you are prepared to pay their BS fee.
I called about a package I had shipped to Las Vegas. The worker on the phone Jacob went above and beyond to track my order and was very helpful with answering my questions.
The is the FedEx the Linq Hotel will send you to. It is the closest one and on the second level nearest the meeting spaces. Go up the escalator by the resort elevator and it is on your right. They are really nice inside.
NITZIA is a friendly cute worker and passionately helps a lot customizing the print during lunch time. Highly suggest the service here!
This place and the employees are superb. They went above and beyond what any other employee would have done. If you need any office type of work to be done, go there........
