  Horrendous. Never using Fedex again. Had an urgent package shipped overnight to this location and the driver tried to deliver it before this location opened. Since an employee wasn’t there to receive it, it got delayed to the next day. Talked to an employee there once they opened who said this mistake happens often. After speaking to almost 10 different customer services reps that day and other mistakes made by Fedex, we were not able to get our package until the next day which was urgently needed before leaving out of state. Needless to say, Fedex made several mistakes leading to it being a nightmare to try to receive the package and a waste of money to have it shipped overnight.

  This store is very clean. I truly appreciate the employees attention to detail. Kija made shipping my odd-shaped package a breeze! Nice professional staff, even in the craziness of the LV Strip.

  Very unprofessional. They close at 5 but a sign saying “we will return in 10 minutes” was posted on the door before I showed up around 3:30. Waited there for 45 minutes before realizing the worker probably wasn’t coming back.
