    Worst FEDEX experience in my life, the manager was absolutely incapable of any level of customer service, the attendant behind the desk was more competent. After sending the package with my Fedex account, she demanded that I pay a 10$ extortion fee to pick up my Fedex package from a Fedex center, that I sent on my Fedex account. The straw that broke the camels back, UPS here I come, and I ship 20-30 packages a day. My rep was not available to help. Worst manager I have ever worked with.

    Hopefully you'll never have to visit this FedEx office, because the people there have the worst attitude and provide terrible service. They are disrespectful, abuse their authority, and overcharge, claiming you're at the Venetian. FedEx should review the people they hire because when you're paying for a service, all you want is to be treated well and with respect.

    I dropped off a large package at this location and was told that we needed to send this by freight and that we had to figure that out ourselves online but could leave the package there and once the label was created they would handle it from there. We did so and then the next day someone called me to pay an additional $250 handling fee which we weren't made aware of, I said I needed to verify some of this information and tried calling back several times and was unable to reach anyone. The next day I called and was told the charge was $80, I gave my credit card. The next day I found my card was not charged and I hadn't received a receipt that I requested. I called again and was told I had to email them. They informed me that I hadn't filled out required paperwork specific to (which they didn't provide until this moment) and that my credit card information was shredded and not processed, they also said the charge was $250. I am very dissatisfied and would recommend you use any other courier than Fed Ex.

    Giving a 1 star because I cannot give a zero, and the initial team member was helpful on the phone. I called early enough (9am) to request a rush print order and was told that it could be done as long as they are not too busy. I called first thing in the morning so there was an entire day to assess this. She told me to email our request so we can get a quote. I emailed and did not hear back in an hour so I called to confirm that our email went through. I was told yes but there were a few requests ahead of ours. I said no problem just wanted to make sure. We followed up by email just for the quote after a couple of hours, and still did not hear back from anyone. I finally called back, which at this point was 5 hours after the initial phone call. In between, my coworker walked over to see if it would be easier for her to explain what we needed, and was given very bad customer service as well and was not helped at all! She could have been told the job would not be done at that point. After speaking to the rep, we were told this order could not be fulfilled because of time constraints (after 5-6 hours). We also asked about express and paying more for it. Even after this, she said she would send a quote and did not do so. Not friendly, not prompt (could have sent an email hours before to say they could not provide the service), and overall TERRIBLE experience. I should have sourced another vendor 3 hours later as we never even got a quote. Will never do business here and will not recommend it to anyone!

    Great staff and service, but the Venetian Concierge doesn’t warm you about the $10 fee imposed on all service - even a prepaid box return. Excellent and shameful capitalism, but use a different mailing center if you can.
