Went to this location inside the Flamingo Hotel to send items home to my son that would not fit in his bag. Everyone was professional and friendly, location was clean and presented well. My package was delivered 2 days late and my son missed getting it on time before heading back to his college apartment (was sent to his fathers house as that is where he was going to be on 12/29/23)., Customer Service number was a joke, no one would let me speak to a supervisor and would repeatedly end the call as they told me there was nothing they could do for me. I was very upset, though calm and professional on all calls to the Main Customer service number. I just wanted a refund on the shipping portion of the bill, not for the supplies and they refused, every rep giving a different reason as to why. I finally sent an email, as I was so ticked off. The store location I sent the package from called me within an hour and apologized for the customer service I had received so far. He refunded me the shipping portion of my bill, even though HE did not have to. He understood the package missed its delivery day by two days and felt horrible. He went above and beyond, much better than anyone ever tried to do at the main Customer Service number. Thank you for making things right Shawn, your kindness and honesty warmed my heart. Thank you so much for doing the right thing.
