  Friendly staff however double check everything they tell you. They told me they could ship a package and I was counting on it for I knew I was going to be up against the clock. When I went to ship it the next day, they said they couldn’t do it and I had to leave my items in Vegas.

  Don’t have your package shipped here. They lost 2 small packages and a $500 dollar package. Amazon shows a photo of the delivery to their mail receiving dock. The manager on duty Scott was terrible and just said sorry it’s not in our system. Unbelievable. I literally have photo proof that the package was delivered.

  Scott the manager was very unprofessional and said something behind my back that was unprofessional he lowered his voice thinking that I did not hear what he said. Try to avoid this FedEx office

  Located in the new Business Center of the Luxor Hotel, Heidi and Manager Scott are highly efficient, friendly, easy to work with, and went above and beyond. Thank you so much.
