  My mom had to pick up a package from this FedEx while staying at the Luxor. The clerk called his manager and asked twice on the same phone call to waive the fee as a courtesy. The manager refused both times. I can understand that it is policy to charge people a seven-dollar fee for service to pick up items. But when someone says, "It's my birthday and it's a cooling towel sent by my son," when it's 106° outside, the polite thing to do is say, "Happy birthday, it's on us."

  Friendly staff however double check everything they tell you. They told me they could ship a package and I was counting on it for I knew I was going to be up against the clock. When I went to ship it the next day, they said they couldn’t do it and I had to leave my items in Vegas.

  Scott the manager was very unprofessional and said something behind my back that was unprofessional he lowered his voice thinking that I did not hear what he said. Try to avoid this FedEx office
