  The white lady with the brown hair is horrible I went in FedEx on May 21 early morning so I could.get help. With the printer self service .she had a attitude on her i asked her for help more than once .I said you keep submitting the info without showing Me she stated its self service. And I told her i get that but as a senior i still needed help.i thought how rude of her . I was there forever trying to copy and print i get home check my online banking and it was serval $5.00 charges on my account I had to call the bank wait until it processed to see if all the charges would fall off ..AI isn't looking so bad because that lady should me customer service from humans are not available anymore..I didn't get her name but I'm sure im not the only one she had no patience for .. Ps I did finally figure out how to work self service. Without the help of the mean lady

  They change the managers very often. Hard to get help if you didn't request at the beginning.

  Absolute amazing customer service, I can't put into words how thankful I am that Rebecca took the time to help me with the booklets/flyers for my husband's celebration of life. The whole store was super busy but she still managed to make 50 of them within 2 hours, she the took to sit with me and get them printed out exactly like how I wanted them. If you ever need anything done, go to Rebecca. It's criminal workers like at FedEx/UPS/OfficeMax/etc. Can't receive tips, the work and care they put into each customer is extreme. Tipping is the least we could do. 10/10 service
