The store manager was super helpful and professional, and I truly appreciated the time and effort they gave me. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different when I returned for help filing a claim. Kiara was not helpful at all. She seemed very unsure about the process and appeared more focused on rushing me out than actually assisting me. Instead of trying to guide me or look into the issue, she quickly told me to call customer service.
I paid over $100 for next-day service, and it turned into five days. That alone was already frustrating, but the lack of support when I came back for help made it even more upsetting. As a paying customer, especially after spending that kind of money, I expected professionalism, patience, and basic customer care. Instead, I felt dismissed and like my concerns didn’t matter.
The interaction felt unprofessional and careless. Customer service should never make someone feel like they’re a burden for asking for help. Based on this experience, I would strongly reconsider returning to this location if Kiara is working.
