  My first time here, very impress!!! I call before I got there. Team member who answered the phone was very nice and sweet. I walked in the store and no ideas how to make a copy from my device. One of the team member gave me an easy instructions card. The machines are new and hi tech for me but easy. This place is clean. I would like to use more services. Thank you FedEx!

  Shout out to Tiana at Fed Ex Lake Mead. She was extremely nice, helpful and patient showing me how to do a return label and helping me successfully navigate the form. I thought I would never get it right but she restored my faith in Fed Ex.
